Is the build really free, and what do we pay for?
Yes. We build your platform upfront with no build or implementation fee. We back what we build, so you only start paying monthly once you’re happy to proceed. If you’re not happy, you don’t pay anything.
The monthly management fee covers the warehouse infrastructure, custom analytics platform, ongoing support and changes as your business evolves.
What do you need from our team?
An hour or two of discovery to understand what you want to see, which systems you use and how we can connect to them. Once we have access, we handle the connections, data clean-up and build, then work through the platform with you before delivery. You’re live in about 3 weeks.
Can you work with our existing systems and messy data?
Yes. We work with your existing systems and spreadsheets, and cleaning up messy data is part of the build. You also get a complete data audit upon delivery showing any shortfalls.
If a system doesn’t have an API, we have other methods of accessing the data. We establish the best approach during discovery.
We already have reporting. What changes?
Many businesses we work with already have reporting. They want to connect information across systems, see something their current reports don’t show or drill deeper into the numbers.
